have developed osteo-arthritis in my right hand and pain is increasing so I was referred to Dr To by my GP. On-time appt and complete discussion of treatment options. Evaluated options and made decision. Dr To provided a steroid injection on the spot. Good discussions. Very personable.

I have been a patient of Dr Toa for at least 5 years. He is very knowledgable and a great surgeon. I had some hand surgery done about 4 years and not only did it help my condition, the scar is minimal! i highly recommend him

The entire visit was simply grand, starting with the ladies up front checking you in, the visit with doctor and the check out. I was there for one part of my body and will see another doctor for different part of my body.. Beautiful office.
