Went to the emergency room. They said they could not access any medical records they're unable to get Vista program which is throughout the United States had an MRI the doctor was drunk or on something they didn't know how to run a machine was left in the MRI machine for two and a half hours they try to say I didn't have a kid now and the X-ray saying it was just not seen CAUTION PHOENIX VA. IS UNSAFE ON PROFESSIONAL

If your in the north area zone use 51! More lanes, better traffic. We went to the NEW VA at 9 am, from New River. Carefree Hwy east to Cave Creek.l Road To Pinnacle Peak, turn south on Black Mountain to proceed around the Circles! Then blend into the 51 traffic. Proceed to Washington Street, go to 32nd St & north to the Beautiful new VA Facility, even has parking available.

1st time coming here and the facility was very nicely managed. Everything is so easy to find and the wait times are low. Parking is open unlike the main clinic, didn't struggle to find a spot to park. Only complaint is the prosthetics department. Needed 3 items and they only had 1 person to do it, who just happened to not be there that day, as I live 45 minutes from this clinic it was an annoyance since I have the same issues with the main clinic and I cannot freely come and go here so it will be some time before I can come back for what I need.

So my boyfriend is a Vet and after a four day trip of flying he came home complaining of a stiff neck lol so we took him here to the VA emergency room on a Saturday let alone on a holiday weekend and shockingly enough the place only had a handful of people waiting to see a doctor we were both shocked considering what the news outlets make this hospital look like. It was clean, the staff was kind , vending machine if you got thirsty. We were in and out in three hours . I can say our experience was a positive one I hope to not have to update a review in the future but if I do I hope it to is positive.

Why does this VA consistently do such a shit job with getting veterans the help they need. They've canceled on me THREE times for a shoulder appointment the day before it was scheduled or the day of. How incompetent are these people that work here. Also, a two month wait just to see a primary care doctor? Get the fuck out of here. This VA just wants people to stay injured or kill themselves. Never go here ever unless you want to waste your time. So pathetic

I was scheduled for my initial visit to get vested in VA health care. While waiting for my appointment I got diagnosed with shingles and they said they I could not get seen before I had my first appointment. I waited two weeks and then 2 days before my appointment they canceled it without notice. I called and they said they don’t know why the appointment was canceled and that I have to wait another two weeks. So now I’m going a month without having health care and had to pay 300 dollars out of pocket to get seen outside the VA. On top of letting them know I was diagnosed with shingles they have done nothing but tell I should schedule an appointment ASAP that can’t be scheduled until I have my first visit. DO NOT CANCLE YOUR HEALTH CARE UNTIL YOU ARE SITTING IN THE CHAIR OF YOUR FIRST VISIT AS IT CAN BE PUSHED BACK WITHOUT NOTICE. Your healthcare benefits do not go into effect until you have that appointment regardless if they push it back.

My doctor told me to call the Phoenix VA to order CPAP supplies, I just called and the recording told me to leave a message, unfortunately I can't leave a message because the recorded messages number is FULL. That tells me how often the number is actually checked.

Very nice and bright. Canteen offers breakfast. My CT scan was quick. The bathroom floors will remind you this is a military building!
