Hello, I want to share my experience in Phoenix Eye Care, I have had problems in my eyes for several years and I have been in different eye clinics this is the first time I have a pleasant experience, very professional all the staff, the office nice and clean. my dr Dr. Greyson Eastman very kind with patience to explain everything clear about everything very professional without hesitation is the best Dr. Crystal, the girl from the front desk, very sweet, very kind, made me feel special. Augustine the men of optics, very kind and nice If you want a good place to take care of your eyes, I recommend 💯% without hesitation to Phoenix Eye Care. Maria U

I have been going here for several years. Always have a good experience. The Dr, techs and front desk staff are very friendly and knowledgeable.

Very courteous and intelligent people work here. They love what they do and will take care of you. You never have to worry about when your appointment is because they’ll remind you and are very accommodating to your schedule as well.

If I could make it -5 I would. The doc (Eastman) failed to tell me he was ordering different contacts than I requested. Consequently, one lens got stuck in my eye and his assistant scratched my cornea, using the wrong implement, removing the lens. Then charted the wrong eye for the scratch and put the lens in the wrong side of the case. Gave me some fantasized reason for the bad fit. The doc admitted the lenses were NOT what I requested only after I confronted him. Terrible.

I can’t say enough amazing things about Dr. Shannon L. Steinhäuser. When I first came to her, I was defeated and honestly losing hope that I’d ever see out of my right eye again. She didn’t just help my eyes—she helped my spirit. Dr. Steinhäuser fitted me for scleral lenses that completely changed my life. For the first time since my eye infection, I could see again. Not just a little better—life-changing better. She explained every detail with total confidence and expertise, and her depth of knowledge is matched only by her kindness. I saw her every year for three years, and every visit reminded me why I trusted her so deeply. She’s caring, patient, and genuinely invested in her patients. Her personality makes you feel like you’re talking to someone who truly understands what you’re going through—not just a doctor checking boxes. If you’re looking for someone who will take your vision seriously and treat you like a human being, not a diagnosis, Dr. Steinhäuser is the one you want. I'm so grateful I didn't get an eye transplant. She gave me my sight back—and a lot of hope along with it. Highly, highly recommend.

So they have rescheduled me 3 times now and had no idea whether or not they did. Now they schedule me the day before Thanksgiving because no one wants it and I don't know if they will callback to tell me they have to reschedule.

I took my 78 year old father (cognitive issues) in for a problem with his eye. They were very quick to diagnose and treat the problem the same day I called. The follow up has been incredible. Everybody has been very friendly and helpful!

Great experience highly recommended turns out I had eye allergies, symptoms of discomfort in my right eye and feelings of something being off. Dr Eastman prescribed medication and so far so good.

This is a great practice! Highly recommended! I am very picky about my physicians and did a lot of research, coming from the medical field. From the receptionist to the physicians, you will be extremely happy. The physicians spend a lot of time with you which is not always the case in other practices. All of the physicians are vetted so that they are the best physicians chosen. So happy I found this practice!
