I WILL be filing complaints against this place tomorrow. Have sent 2 care packages to my friend inside. They said not only did they not get my packages, but they haven't been given basic toiletries. My friend is there without even a change of clothes and no toothpaste or soap or a comb. You will NOT GET AWAY WITH THIS.
It shouldn’t have taken a person like me to make you treat the humans in-trusted into your care with kindness and respect. Shame on you and your little money making scheme.
Was almost left for dead there when another patient strangled me and the nurses would not even let me report it to police for over two days. I still am unable to get this protection order processed due to HIPPA and their lack of cooperation. Multiple grievances were left unaddressed when I left. I was put on several drugs I told the doctor I was getting sick on and they did not listen or respect my rights to change to new meds. I was not helped for my other health concerns or promptly helped for many other issues or unable to help myself.
My friend that I take care of was here for the 2nd time. The 1st time they did nothing for her. In fact, they almost killed her by dehydration. Sent her off to a nursing home without medication. The 2nd time they fractured her foot. Messed with her medications. Would not help her with the boot on her foot. I have put in a complaint to the Joint Commission. If anyone else has problems with them that is life threating, please, please, send it to the Joint Commission so it will not go undocumented. That is the only was to shut it down. They feel because someone is mentally ill, they can get away with this. Help me to stop this. Thank you
This place makes the psychiatric hospital in “One Flew Over The Cuckoos Nest” look like the Hilton. I (a male) was met with a strip-down examination performed by a woman. Humiliating. Next, I was put in a room with a man who had schizophrenia. In fact, most of the patients had serious mental health issues. My issues were mild comparatively. I had other patients come into my room in the middle of the night and pee on the floor next to my bed. Then, there is the cleanliness issue. While I was there, no cleaning service was ever used. The hallways and my bathroom had feces all over the wall. I was told during evaluation, I would be seen daily by a doctor and psychiatrist and that there would be group counseling sessions. There was a doctor who was contracted to check in on me periodically. He was nice I’ll have to say, but his hands were tied in getting me out of there. My psychiatrist. That was a joke. I saw him twice come in my room for maybe 30 seconds. No therapy. He hardly spoke English. He just asked me how I was feeling. Group sessions? None. The food was horrible, and they did not take into account my diabetes. The staff were horrible. I saw an elderly woman fall by tripping on her walker. The staff not only neglected to help but scolded her. I was locked in and told that I could not leave. I insisted, but they said insurance won’t pay if I don’t stay at least 5 days. I could write 3 more pages, but, suffice it to say, it was a hellish nightmare. It was not therapeutic in the least. Just a place to lock you up for a few days.
Do not recommend
Kept me there longer just to build up a bigger paycheck for them and a bigger bill myself. When I was admitted they didn’t say I couldn’t leave until I got my blood drawn and it was kept extremely cold to the point every time they drew my blood nothing came out. The doctor I was given had mentioned she just came back from a week long vacation and needed to catch up when they were overflowing with patients. How can you even operate when you don’t know what’s going on. I took medication there and was told I wasn’t going to gain weight from it and when I was released I gained over a a hundred pounds. I had planned on filing a lawsuit against them and after this $20,000 bill I got I do plan to do so
If u love ur person don't send them here . They are rude not helpful can't tell you were there patients are there or what floor .my friend is been there 4 days and finally got to call me he said he don't feel better the keep him sleeping and he don't feel like he's get better no therapy there. He is so angry he went to copper springs and they are great there but because they were full they put him here bad staff and dirty.
Horrible place. Left my uncle in bed for days. Kept him drugged up. Does not answer phones. Does not return calls either. His wallet and phone "lost" but not his shoes. Send him to banner hosp w/o next of kin paperwork!! Hospital had him 4 days know knowing who to call. Who does that! Hospital noted bruises upon admission! DO NOT BRING YOUR LOVED ONES HERE!
My husband was transported to this place from the ER he was at. I called two times and the receptionist told me that she was not able to tell me weather or not he was there which is crazy to me because the hospital staff told me where they were sending him. I cannot get in touch with him to see how he is and I’m very worried that he has not yet received his medications that are life sustaining. The rude and very aggressive receptionist answering the phones today will not help me and I’m so scared for him. I need to know what I can do to get him moved out of that place. After reading the reviews from both patients and family members I’m so worried and scared for him. Im going to contact a lawyer to see what I can do as his wife to get him out of that place.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
