Very kind. Especially since my surgery was on my face. I was helped to feel at ease that my scars would be minimal and they were there to answer questions should I have any after surgery.

Dr Kwatra should NOT be in practice . He mutilated my 83 yr old mothers face , cutting her nasal fold for a pimple size carcinoma . She now has 11 stitches and a 3 inch gash across her face. She was poorly bandaged and treated poorly by staff . no one has responded to our multiple attempts to reach someone at the office . This provider is unethical and FRAUDULENT in his practices . DON'T trust your health at this facility !

The stained carpeting in the elevator was just a forebboding to an unpleasant experience. That feeling intensified as I entered the suite and found myself standing on dark brown vinyl flooring surrounded by dark brown chairs strung along dark walls hung with dark paintings. My cheerful "good morning" was countered with an unsmiling "sign here" and a request for my insurance info that should or could have been provided by the referring dermatologist. I was here to have MOHs surgery on a tiny 3mm diameter basal cell carcinoma (cancerous spot). Perhaps my tenth in as many years -- probably the doctor's umpteenth in umpteen years. I'm not a doctor, but I am quite sure that a two inch incision that required 10+ stitches to repair this less than six-month old spot was not necessary. To add insult to literal injury, nobody introduced themselves, said "hi" or "bye" or seemed to care who was at the other end of their scalpel, their needles or their forms. Final analysis: Mediocre, if not downright negligent.

I want to let you know that I had to have the Mohs Micrographic surgery recently and had a great experience from the reception to the last doctor I saw and the assistants were very informative and helpful and just made me feel comfortable. I think the there is not only one of the best doctors who do Mohs surgery but also the reconstructive doctor were all great and made me fell comfortable as much as they could. I would greatly recommend them. Hugo
