Dr. Sugumaran has been my Cardiologist since I first found out I needed one! He is a very down to earth, genuine, sincere, nice guy! I would recommend him to anyone needing a Cardiologist! He is never too busy, or "too holy" to talk to you, and answer questions, or just put you at ease. Very pleasant and dedicated to his profession!

Dr. Sugumaran is fantastic - both my husband I go to him - he was excellent when by husband had a number of mini-strokes in 2016 in referring a surgeon etc. He is very caring and takes the time to really listen to his patients. He has been very caring and concerned about my heart while I am going thru Chemo therapy in the fall of 2018

Dr Sugumaran was the 1st cardiologist that truly listened to me and went to work!! He literally saved my life by keeping me in the hospital and ordering open heart surgery! Thank You Dr Sugumaran!! Excellent staff also at the Peoria office!!
