About four years ago my pcp referred me to doctor Webster. He talked to me about my kidney stones and said scheduler get back to me. I called a few times and he never got back to me. Then I ended up in the hospital I found a doctor he did a procedure on me and had complications, so I considered doctor Webster again. I like doctor Webster but having problems with the scheduler again . Called scheduler again see if he could get me in with the procedure he squeezed me in and scheduled me for Thursday I had just a covid testing that was negative and they didn't except it because not from banner. They told me on Friday they call and set up covid test for Monday but never did I hear from them. I had to call them myself on Monday it was too late so my surgery had to be rescheduled which I apologized for that. They never called again. I called now they ignore my calls and say they call me back and dont. I'm done and finding new doctor. They left me in a bind need that surgery asap.

I like Dr. Webster! He has a very good bedside manner. He explained the answers to questions I asked so that I could understand everything. I would recommend him to others.

Was told by him I needed kidney removal due to cancer. After removal, my kidney was benign and he didn't even call to let me know. I received the benign news from the facility (rehab) I was in and his office didn't even give me courtesy of calling me and giving me the news. Would not send anyone to this doctor.

Current patient, have asked to speak to Scott Young since Thursday and he has not called back once, NO ONE has called back I've had to call them multiple times to get answers. Thinking I should change urologist, yet have appointment coming up soon I guess I'll decide then.

In the years that l have been going there, l have only once had a scheduled appointment on time. The office staff does not communicate, even among themselves. I have driven down from Payson numerous times only to be told that my appointment was cancelled. I had another appointment last week, only to have them call me and reschedule again. I did only with another Dr and a professional of ice staff. The Drs work was good, but you never heard any results. Nobody really cares at that office at highly and southern.

Dr Webster saw my son for a surgery He is an amazing Doctor. He really took time to explain things to my son and I was beyond pleased with his caring manner. I would highly recommend him to anyone. Just an awesome Doctor..cannot say enough about how kind and good he is.
