I’m so grateful I found Dr. Ojeme. It had been a long time since I last sought help, mostly because life became so overwhelming—but taking the step to prioritize my mental health was one of the best decisions I’ve made. From the very beginning, Dr. Ojeme made the entire process feel safe and comforting. He took his time to walk me through all the available options and never rushed anything. Even when the first few treatments didn’t feel quite right, he remained supportive and continued to offer alternatives until we found the best fit. I felt heard, cared for, and truly seen throughout this journey. I can confidently say I’m finally getting the help I’ve needed for so long. Dr. Ojeme is incredibly compassionate, and I cannot recommend him enough.

I've had a great experience with Dr. Ojeme and this practice. It's a quiet spot and overall the service is good, and I've gotten the help I need!

They never answer the phone. When they do and you see the dr. The dr will ask you if you want to schedule a follow up and they’ll put you on hold and they never pick up. I’m currently on 15 min hold trying to schedule an appointment. Something is wrong with the front desk

where do I start? This is absolutely the worst experience I've ever had with a doctor and his staff... I got prescribed a medicine The exact day the doctor is on vacation for an entire month, The medicine requires prior authorization which the doctor and his staff should've known about, And the medicine that was prescribed is one of the hardest to find in Arizona.. Finally, when the doctor gets back from vacation, I finally get a hold of him and I have to get another appointment and another co-pay when I haven't even gotten any resolution from the last appointment and still no meds, Fast-forward I finally get my medicine, but my pharmacy can only fill 30 of the 60 tablets that were prescribed, so I take the 30 and I'm waiting on the other 30 which the pharmacy does not have and now I'm completely out of my medicine and I've gone 13 days without any medicine and I have to set another appointment for a new dosage and a new prior authorization and in order for me to get a bridge for the medicine I have to be seen by the doctor again and that is two weeks out by then I will be almost a month without my medicine, Do they care?? NO they want me to jump through hoops to get my medicine... save yourself and your mental health and do not go to this doctor. His staff and himself are negligent and unethical and have no compassion at all. I'm filing a complaint with the medical board and I will follow this through. You cannot start and stop medicine you will get sick

Dr. Lyons and staff are outstanding and go above and beyond to assist in patient care. Dr. Lyons thinks outside the box and listens to his patients. He understands each patient is unique and he works to understand the root cause before treatment. The nurse Tiffany worked extensively with me and my insurance company to make sure I did not have a gap in treatment. She was amazing and went far above what was expected. I greatly appreciate her and this office.

I can’t say enough how great Dr. Jacob Stein has been to me and my mental health! He listens, takes action, and makes adjustments as needed. He also supports therapy and personal growth. The staff is always so nice too. Thanks Redemption Psych Phoenix!

Dr. Ojeme is fantastic. Listens more than most doctors I've experienced. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Billing staff is understanding and flexible. Outstanding experiences with this crew, overall!!

I cannot speak for others, but personally, I've encountered zero issues through this location, or at least never ones where they were at fault. Cordial and to the point, very reasonable, the bar is where it should be here.

I’ve been seeing Dallas Smith since I was 16 (currently 25) and could not imagine seeing another physician to handle my meds, honestly. I highly recommend anyone seeking a psychiatrist/behavioral health professional for starting medications for their mental health or just follow-up maintenance for meds!! Redemption Psychiatry also has both a TMS and KIT (Ketamine Infusion Therapy) departments.. (Nicole is the absolute best!) One of the biggest reasons I continue going back to Redemption Psychiatry (besides my physician!!) is the fact that they have easy, flexible payment plans available!! I would not have been able to do that at most psych offices…. Even if you don’t have insurance or they don’t accept your current one, you can apply payment plans to cash/out-of-pocket costs. In short; affordable with payment plans, approachable and efficient office staff ((my only complaint is they do have long wait times on the phone…)) and my physician is fantastic at what he does. An awesome, wonderful, well-rounded psychiatry clinic that, again, is worth looking more into! *picture taken of their Phoenix office*

I have been coming here for just a little less then a year and I would have no problem recommending DrJacob Stein. The office staff is also great.
