I am so grateful for Nurse, Jessica Roberts. On a Friday afternoon going into a long holiday weekend, she went out of her way to make sure my medication was filled so that I didn’t go without. It would’ve been easy for her to check a box and let me know it wouldn’t be available until after the weekend. Instead, she was kind, thorough, and genuinely cared about my well-being. That level of compassion means so much, and I can’t thank her enough. Her commitment to patient centered care was clear.

Jasmine in billing was awesome helping me navigate issues with insurance! I don’t know if anyone has had to deal with medical office billing departments, but this might be the reason I drive out of the way to use Redemption. Dr. Sarazin is pretty great as well as I had a lot of work to do finding the right prescription for my daily life.

i contacted the billing department regarding charges on my sons account for visits that were processed incorrectly by my sons insurance. jasmine assisted me, billed my sons visits to the correct insurance and made sure to answer all my questions and concerns. she was very helpful professional and informative. she made sure i understood what was going on with my sons account.

This review is only about the staff, not the individual practitioner. Before discovering that my visits were supposed to be fully covered by insurance, I was charged $40 per session. Then, without any explanation, the cost of my most recent visit doubled to $80. After contacting my insurance provider, I confirmed that I should never have been charged in the first place. Despite being told a refund would be issued, I waited two weeks with no follow-up, only to later learn the refund process should have taken just 48 hours. Like many others seeking mental health services, I trusted this practice to operate ethically and in the best interest of its patients (the more fitting term is “customers”). This experience has left me feeling misled, financially exploited, and ultimately scammed.

I have been a patient at Redemption for over 3+ years & the service is good. Despite negative reviews (the office can be hard to reach at times), the doctors are committed to your health. I am here for medication management and the doctor always reviews my file before check-ups, schedules testing, and is quick to answer messages.

Everyone that I met at Redemption Psychiatry have been phenomenal and I have had a great experience with them. Everyone there has been so supportive, caring, and professional. I cannot thank them enough for everything they have done to help me. I have felt at ease and comfortable with this facility and it's been nothing short of amazing. I would like to add that my two TMS technicians, Lord and Jackie, have been nothing short of phenomenal. They have been my advocate throughout the my entire treatment. They always have treated me with the outmost care and respect throughout my entire treatment. They have been patient with me and listened to me when I very much needed it. This facility is top notch. I very highly recommend this Redemption Psychiatry location in Phoenix. You will not be disappointed.

Dr. Ojeme is so friendly and an amazing doctor. I’m so appreciative in all the help he has done for me. The office staff are also so kind and truly the most responsive office I have ever worked with.

If zero stars was an option I would leave it. This place could not care less about their patients. As a mental health professional you would think that mental health would be something you care about but this place vehemently proves that wrong. They consistently talk down to you even if you have a well rounded understanding of your diagnosis and could not care less if you live or die. Redemption Psychiatry is a sorry excuse for a business with zero potential to aid anyone. Save your time & see someone who is even vaguely interested in your wellbeing.

The staff here is worthless. They are completely unwilling to assist. They always send you to a voicemail which they never return. Lazy, incompetent, trash. No care in the world if a child is unable to get the medication, just unbothered. Avoid this place at all costs. Allow me to add to this. I have been trying to get my sons medication transferred to another pharmacy for over a week. Apparently there is only 1 person in this entire office who can do so and she has been "unreachable". Absolute carelessness. Multiple voicemails never returned and it's treated as I'm bothering them by continuing to call back everyday to get the same update. "We will get to it when we can". Find another provider, there are plenty out there. I know we will be.
