I appreciated the time Dr Lucas took as he listened to my concerns, showed/explained an earlier scan and shared his thoughts on moving forward with my case. I explained that I had an appt with another pain mngmt dr., who he knew, and he did not hesitate in telling me to keep that appt. for a second opinion That was a very encouraging. This was my first appt with Dr Lucas and I look forward to my next appt with him. I am also looking forward to being in less pain.

I was terrified to have another procedure done based on the past one from a different provider. It's been a long time since a doctor showed me the care and compassion that Dr Lucas did. Didn't baby me, but took my fears seriously and did what he could to make it a much much better experience. What a delightful doctor and human.

I find Dr. Lucas very easy to talk to, always willing to talk about outcomes, different ways to consider, tells me what is happening so I am prepared for it, is excellent at inserting any needles, etc.
