Dr. Robert Hooper ended his practice and turned over all the records to a third party without my consent. Data Storage Centers (DSC) doesn't have any statements that they are HIPPA compliant.

I love this dentist and his staff! Dr. Hooper is a gentle and kind dentist whom really cares about his patients.

Doctor was friendly but only provided me a bare bones CPAP machine. He does not believe in APAP. This is no surprise as he has a financial interest in the on site DME company. He has his financial interests above my health interests. CPAP and APAP machine are on the same billing code and he could have given me one, its possible to set an APAP machine to CPAP anyway. In the end I purchased my own APAP machine and doing much better no thanks to this doctor.

May be basically competent, but stern and cold. Upon getting copy of my chart, found inaccuracies in at least 3 statements. If you get a second opinion, will take it personally. I would look for a doctor who will actually care about you as a whole person, not a technical doctor who treats off of lab test results. I was very happy with my former doctor who retired, and I'm very happy with my new doctor. Remember, as patients WE hire the doctors. The doctors aren't doing us a favor.
