List of Robert H. Graham's Reviews
Dr. Graham is very knowledgeable and professional. I was particularly impressed by the way he treated his staff. I wore thick glasses since I was six. Getting my cataracts removed and lens implanted was the greatest gift in my life. Don't wear any glasses at all now.
Very professional, personable and knowledgeable. A+++ physician
I have seen Dr. Graham since moving to Scottsdale in 2013. I have had challenges with my vision since I was a child and Dr. Graham has taken great care of me. I am very thankful to have found such a talented ophthalmologist!
A friend recommended Dr. Graham and I am grateful they did. The staff and Dr. Graham were great from the moment I arrived. Dr. Graham was very thorough, professional and patient in answering all my questions. He is one of the few who can translate very technical information into common, understandable terms. For these reasons, I highly recommend Dr. Graham.
This doctor is the worst doctor ever. Completely dismissive, condescending, & does not care about the patient. He obviously doesn’t read the patients chart before or after the visit. I wouldn’t recommend my worst enemy to this so called doctor.
I highly recommend Dr Graham based on my recent visit. It is evident Dr Graham is an expert in his field. During the visit he took time to review my medical history and answered all of my questions. Mayo is extremely fortunate to have Dr Graham as part of the Phoenix/Scottsdale Clinic.
I found Dr Graham to be very professional and he did an outstanding job in answering all of my questions. Dr Graham is extremely knowledgeable and I have recommended him to members of my family and friends.
This guy was a lot less interested in getting feedback than he was in being obtuse about what he was looking for. Arrogant and condescending to say the least. This guy plays a lot of games to elevate himself and diminish the patient. Shocked that he's survived at Mayo. He must have friends in high places.
While I can see where some of the comments may have been coming from, this doctor deserves a much higher overall rating. First off: Dr. Graham is a highly experienced professional, and he can be brief and technical and cut to the point. That in and of itself is not a bad thing and should not be a cause for a low rating. Yes, I, too, had an impression of "curtness" on my first encounter. Nevertheless, I felt safe entrusting my eyes to him. While my initial office encounter with him may have been brief, at the time of my cataract surgery, I found him to be EXTREMELY helpful, patient, and open in inviting and answering any and all questions and concerns that I had (and I had many!) The same holds true for his demeanor and professionalism in my follow-up exams. If and when it comes time for me to have my other eye done, there is no one I would trust more than Dr. Graham to perform the surgery with optimal results.
Dr. Graham achieved perfect results performing my cataract surgery and I experienced no post-op pain. The Mayo staff is all top-notch and the surgery team did a fine and thorough pre-assessment in an excellent operating facility.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
