I’ve had two previous partial knee replacements. The oldest one is going bad, so I consulted with Dr. Pivec. I was impressed with Dr. Pivec’s personable demeanor, his unrushed manner, his information packet, his great staff, and the facilities. I’ve decided to proceed with a full knee replacement.

Very knowledgeable. Not my first rodeo with cortisone injections in the knee. New to Arizona and Dr Pivec was straight. Didn’t try to escalate my care. Let me decide where we were going, as long as it caused no irreparable harm. Highly recommend.

Dr Robert Pivec is absolutely fabulous. My surgery went very smoothly and I was informed of every step during the pre-op phase. Three weeks since surgery and I feel better every Today, as usual, Dr Pivec was prompt, thorough and patient with every question. Also, his entire office is efficient and polite. His staff got me in quickly when I called with pain keeping me from sleeping. He quickly diagnosed the problem, helped alleviate the immediate pain and set a couple week path to monitor what was going on.

explained what was going on fter he reviewed my xrays from 6 mos ago and today. Gave me medication to try and some more PT to try for my knee problem. If I was still feeling pain to make another appt. and he would try steroid injection and/ or jell. The fact that he doesn't rush into surgery or invastion procedures is excellent.
