After waiting for Dr. Fossy to finally get insurance approval when she broke away from her old medical group, my wife got into see her and had several appointments. For the last appointment, my wife received a text confirming the appointment for the next day. When we got there, my wife was informed that Dr. Fossy no longer accepted Blue Cross / Blue Shield. To add insult to the injury, my wife received two more text confirming day-before appointments and when she didn't show up due to the fact that we had already informed Dr. Fossey's office that my wife had found another doctor, they charged her a No-Show fee and have sense sent an amount for $257.00 for services NOT rendered to collections. I have made several attempts to get answers from Village Medical concerning the matter and continue to get ZERO response. They've even put me on hold just to be disconnected. Stay away from this group and this doctor.
