Basic needs not met. Terrible tone, inconsiderate, judgmental, the least empathetic doctor I’ve ever met. Would not recommend to anyone.

I saw Dr Shahla for the first time in June because my regular primary care physician was booked. I was extremely impressed with her thoroughness, her willingness to take time to ensure all my questions were answered, and just her overall bedside manner. I will definitely change to have her as my primary care doctor retires or leaves the practice.

I used to visit this facility for years and was referred over to this physician after mine left the practice. So disappointed the first time, but thought I would give it one more try. Went back today and Dr Shala was so condescending, didn’t listen to my needs, she actually laughed at me when I talked about doing some research on some medications that she was recommending. You would think she would be supportive in doing so. Commented on my blood pressure being high and I said it was because of my visit today. I was being reprimanded for them not having results fir tests they requested that I had. I had signed release forms also. Not my fault. Very bad experience today. I will be looking for another primary care.
