i hd a cystoscopy without sedation and experience very little pain during the procedure. The doctor explained what he was seeing during the procedure via video and explained what he was seeing as he proceeded with the procedure @ then told me what he recommended that i do about my condition

Staff is incompetent!!!!!

Not good. Dr. Kalinowski informed me I had a suspicious prostate lesion early in January and has been completely unreachable ever since. His answering service repeatedly stated "They will call you back shortly." but no calls. I find it incredible that he tells someone they may have cancer, and then his office completely ghosts the patient for a month.

STAY AWAY! Horrible staff is incompetent, they lose specimens, don't call back, and wen they do it is marked spam. they don't seem to care about patients. Sorry, but it is the doctors fault if they do nothing about it! I would look elsewhere. I am -soooo sad!

Dr. Kalinowski is efficient and professional. His scheduling staff however leaves much to be desired. I have been trying for two weeks now to get a surgical appt. set up as prescribed for my elderly husband with no return calls from anyone. Very discouraging and frustrating!

3 I absolutely love Dr. Scott K but the staff, office management, and receptionists absolutely terrible! When I say terrible, I mean, rude, lost or changed appointments without notification of change, or cancelation. Wait times are influenced by office staff because they are always trying to get patients in that had shown up but had their appointment been cancelled, or dropped off their calendar. They are insistent that elderly use tech which is difficult for cognitive challenged and elderly who didn’t grow up with tech

who ever managed this office should be fired with style. the person in charge has 0 commonsense Went to this office 4 times in the last 4 month, could not see a Dr for lack of management. even though they call you to remind you that you have an appointment you get their, person at the desk "I'm sorry you do not have an appointment" not ones 4 times . last appointment was with Dr Kalinowski . I do feel discriminated by this office. not impressed with office people, no personality, bad attitude and they look like they hate what they do. hopefully some one care about this establishment will read this and do some thing about it. 3rd world DR Experince right here in phoenix.
