Terrible place. My husband was recommended to this facility by his PCP for infertility and this was our first mistake. Dr. Daitch was WONDERFUL, I cannot say any more good things about this man he was thorough, informative, and polite but I just wish I could say the same about some of his office staff. His assistant Nicola was the reason we will never be returning to this facility. She was rude, impatient, sarcastic, and came off very unauthentic. It was very similar to someone who hates what they do for a living and she definitely shows that. There was also one medical assistant with round glasses who was also beyond rude and made it very clear she did not want to be there. However, the front office staff was very friendly and helpful so this review at least deserves 1 star. Overall if you're looking for a urologist look elsewhere, listen to the reviews, and save your time and headache.

Appointments are consistently late at least 30 minutes. Today we have been waiting for 1 1/2 hours and still waiting. I asked Reception how much longer they said sorry its not their fault they are running so late, they are waiting for a room because they double booked. The waiting room was full with at least 15 people when we arrived, most of them have been seen and left already, so I don't understand why they say they are waiting for a room.

it just gets worse. This practice has the biggest presense, there are few alternatives. thus time it was the scheduler on the phone, I asked for a mens health issue and was assured all their Drs treat the issue. I see the Dr, who said he does not treat the condition and only one of their doctors in their practice does and he is another office. These people are idiots. please try and find a practice outside of their network, you will be happy you did.

The Doctor I saw was ok, but the front office staff, especially the people who run the front desk, greeting patients, are abysmal. They have no idea what is going on and are not helpful. When I tried to sign in for an appointment they hand you an iPad like device, at the end of filling it out, it asks for your credit card and you slide the card, which I did and received a confirmation number. The front staff then tried to get me to pay again at the window, when I asked why they said I had not paid, I told them I paid on the pad and things deteriorated from there. The male greeter was obnoxious and insulting. I asked his name and he said Brandon, in the current lets go brandon world it was obvious that was not his name. As I walked out without seeing the Dr, the female greeter made an insulting comment. The Dr had told me at my prior visit a "girl" would contact me about medical equipment, this never occurred. The staff of this practice have no respect for the patients and insult and ignore them with impunity. Interestingly the front office staff do not wear name tags, probably on purpose.

Dr. Kalinowski is efficient and professional. His scheduling staff however leaves much to be desired. I have been trying for two weeks now to get a surgical appt. set up as prescribed for my elderly husband with no return calls from anyone. Very discouraging and frustrating!

Bit of a split review here. I would give Five Stars to the doctor that performed my vasectomy, Dr Kalinowski, he was wonderful. On the other hand I would give Zero Stars to the front office staff and everyone who answers the phones. Incredibly rude, short, and just generally uninformed. It's a shame.

I've had 5 appointments canceled by the office 3 of which I showed up at the office to tell me the appointment was canceled. Today is Sep 28, 2021, I showed up at the front desk the person in the front desk her name is Abigail she saw me standing there for about 5 min and no acknowledgment of me or say I'll be right with you. She just kept working on her computer. I have back issues so I sat down. After 15 minutes of waiting past my scheduled appointment I left. This is the worst medical place ever, I hate this place and the office staff, so unprofessional. I do not recommend this place find somewhere else for your Urology medical care.

It is almost too easy to pile on this joke of a practice, 1 visit and they did everything wrong, messed up the scheduling twice, called in the prescription to a Tucson pharmacy twice: yeah moron I live in phoenix and visiting your Phoenix location but fill my prescription in Tucson, at least ask if that is correct. Then try to get in touch with ANYONE in the office on the phone. Save you time and trouble DONT USE THESE PEOPLE. I fired them after one visit!!!!

This place is HORRIBLE! The staff is simply awful. I rank their overall performance a negative 10 (one star is too good) which is a shame because the doc is great. So sad he is too busy to notice. I will NEVER recommend this place.

This place is HORRIBLE!!! If I could give them zero or negative stars, I swear I would! Sent in a UA for a job opportunity on a Friday, it is now Wednesday. I received and email from the job site stating they never received anything at all. I call the place and they don't even have me on record or anything about me. Like at all. Then the lady tells me "I'm going to transfer you to the front office" and instead literally just HANGS UP ON ME! Wtf?! Very unprofessional. Zero stars would not recommend!!
