List of Scott Edwards's Reviews
Dr. Edwards: - Typically unapologetically late - Arrogant, unprofessional, uncompassionate, disrespectful, inequitable - Not thorough; singularly focused on simple solutions - Appeared unaware of recent medical findings on causal factors - Overtly angry when questioned - Anger animated in presence of peers - Surgery suggested, but no discussion of options, processes, pros & cons - Significant scarring resulted - 2nd surgery suggested w/ return of symptoms w/i ~2 months - He admitted conditions were more complicated, yet dismissed investigating causal factors & using recommended imagery (MRI) to assist, even w/ a supporting 2nd opinion - Begrudgingly ordered MRIs - Only discussed MRI results accordant w/ his assumptions - I learned of inflamed tendons from MRIs/reports I requested from imaging company - W/ intern present, he angrily shouted that I was incapable of understanding since "You're not a doctor!" - Post-outburst, I decided to leave the CORE & find a better physician/surgeon

Dr. Edwards: -Often unapologetically late -Arrogant, unprofessional, self-centered, disrespectful, vindictive, inequitable -Focused mainly on 1 aspect of the problem -Seemed unfamiliar w/ relevant medical research-Became angry when informed-Anger was animated in presence of peers -W/ an intern present, he shouted that, since I was "not a doctor," I was incapable of understanding -Recommended surgery w/o discussing options, processes, pros & cons -Significant scarring resulted from surgery-Symptoms returned w/i a few months -He admitted conditions were more complicated-yet dismissed investigating causal factors & using recommended imagery, even w/ a supporting 2nd opinion -Finally ordered imagery-But only discussed results accordant w/ his assumptions -I learned of other relevant information from records I requested from the imaging company - After a final angry outburst, I left the Institute to secure a more apt, proficient surgeon/problem solver
Perfect treatment. No more pain.
Dr Edward's is the greatest, very kind, listens, then explains the choices and its your choice my hand start to get immediate relief and over the time like new.
Great doctor!
The wait was long but Dr. Edwards was quite professional and kind. He was worth the wait.
Dr. Edwards is patient and really took the time to identify root causes/issues to find solutions that aligned with my needs and beliefs.
He made ee wait to be seenHe didn't introduce himself He didn't send the order for the wrist brace, so I waited over a half hour for that. The technician had to find him and get a written order. The brace made my wrist hurt 5 times more. I will have to pay for it, and I can't use it.All in all I was there 2 hours while my husband was waiting for me!I will not see him again!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
