The front desk personnel are a liability to this business. Patients are told to communicate with their medical providers by texting the generic office number. The unlicensed front desk personnel respond to these texts and give patients medical advice, including bad medical advice easily disputed by google. I urge the owner to correct this situation immediately. I have the evidence in screenshots.

I love Serene Psychiatry! I will never forget my first visit. I was greeted by the sweetest dog and an equally sweet front office staff. That's saying a lot. Cause it was a reeaallyyy sweet dog. They are great about getting you back on time, ask the right questions for the right diagnosis, and do everything they can to help you on your mental health journey. Also, did I mention the dog? Most importantly, they care, and it's genuine. Would recommend them to anyone. Thank you, Nathan, Bryan, and Allie, for everything! I have no doubt you will all continue to improve the well-being of every patient you meet. 🥹🫶

Great experience at Serene! The Shrink Dog I’m sitting in the waiting room at my therapist’s office. The therapist comes around the corner, gently wagging his pure black tail, strolling over to each person lovingly and gently nudging them to stroke his blackness. His eyes are caring and searching. He sees my soul. Stopping here and there, he spreads his furry love from person to person. I feel calm and loved, part of the family. My therapist’s dog Enzo prepare people for what’s to come only the way country music and a sweet dog’s innocence can. I love this place. I think heaven will be just a little like this. Calm, innocent, and loving. The shrink dog.

They act so nice and sometimes things in life happen. For a mental health center they are terrible. I had something unexpected come up and will not be able to make it to an appointment. It’s 3 hours after the 24 hour period and they said they were going to charge me the $150 no show fee. They are just about the money not mental health. Very unfortunate that they aren’t understanding of life happens. Never again will I recommend someone as I have nor will I ever go back

This place by far, is top notch. I'm 40yr old & have gone through countless psychiatric doctors. Dr. Nathan is the man! His approach to phychiatry & his clients is nothing but professional, personal & genuine. The doctors are there for you & not the other way around.

Serene staff is amazing. They literally saved my son’s life. He was put on the wrong medication for years prior to us finding Serene. With their innovative approach and testing they found the right ones for him. He is now thriving and we can’t thank them enough. They are a true blessing.
