I started seeing Dr. Brooks approximately 6 to 8 months ago. His calm, intelligent demeanor is comforting and reassuring. I feel so much better and have a better balanced life to enjoy.The whole team at Serenity is positive, caring, and friendly. Thanks again!

Serenity really is a great place. I have experienced many different similar organizations and didn't receive the high level of care, kindness, and respect. They really want you to be healthy and aid with rescheduling appointments, avoiding cancellation fees (if possible), and making payment arrangements if finances are a challenge. They have different options for treatment. I do not want to seek treatment anywhere else. I will definitely recommend them to anyone looking for these services!!

From the moment I walked into the office I felt welcomed. The front desk staff, at the Biltmore location specifically, were very warm & welcoming. The brought me back swiftly & brought me right into Dr. Brooks office. He started off the appointment by letting me know that I was in a safe place with no judgement. He let me guide the conversation & only prompted me about certain topics. He provided a thorough explanation of my treatments options as well as why he chose the specific medication that was prescribed. He let me know that he is always available & I can reach out to the clinic at any time. When checking out the girls were so sweet & made sure I was taken care of & double checked my medication went to the appropriate pharmacy. I highly highly recommend this clinic & Dr. Brooks!

Everyone at Serenity is great. From the front desk receptionist to the nurses. Not to mention Dr. Stegner. She takes her time with me. She listens to me and gives great advice. I leave Serenity feeling better than when I went in.
