My surgery did not work. Urethra sling operation. I was not prepared for the post surgery pain . Doctor Shazia Malik did not seem to care one way or the other. Kept me waiting , half naked and cold, over 45 minutes in a room while she talked on the telephone with her Mother.

Dr. Malik was referred to me by my OBGYN and I saw her for complications resulting from a 4th degree tear during childbirth. I felt super comfortable with her from the moment I met her and felt confident she could help me. She ended up performing 2 procedures and I’m so happy with my results. Thank you Dr. Malik, you’ve given me peace of mind and my confidence back.

While Dr. Malik might be good at what she does, her office staff stinks. They never return phone calls. I am waiting for over 2 months to get a return call and something scheduled and this is not the first time. Debbie takes many days to return a call, if at all, and the same with Myrna. I've never seen anything like it. The front desk staff are very young and unprofessional and not friendly at all. I always dread having to deal with them. Also, the doctor has never been on time for an appointment, or even close. The first time I waited for over 1½ hours, or maybe more. She also doesn’t listen at all. She is always talking over you and going on and on. She needs to be more concise and simplify her findings. It gets very confusing. It's unfortunate that Dr. Malik is one of very few doctors that specializes in her field, or I would never step foot in that office again.
