It was horrible the front desk attendant was speaking so loud everyone in the lobby knew i had covid previously and was denying me service went back on feb 17th waited for 3 hrs and I had an appointment I rather drive 100 miles out then go there again

Waiting room looked like it was the entrance to the poor farm. Trashy torn furniture . Dirt everywhere .Broken MRI machine required rescheduling for many people.1045 appointment finally seen at 1215.Totally unprofessional!

1. The x-ray tech was great.2. The ultrasound tech was great.3. The mammogram tech was surly. She told me I'd also been scheduled for a breast ultrasound, but I didn't have to do that. I doubt she should have said that, which leads me to number 4:4. I had brought in my lab orders to make the appointment several weeks prior. I was expecting a chest x-ray on that earlier day, but was told the x-ray tech had gone home sick, so lucky me for driving all the way down there. On my orders was a DEXA scan. The woman who was setting up my appointment either didn't read the orders or just messed it up. Anyway, she gave me 3 appointments on Feb 16, and I assumed that, since she told me she had scheduled everything on Feb 16, that the third appointment was the DEXA. She never scheduled it. That was why I assumed the mammogram tech was saying the breast ultrasound.I was charged for 3 tests, but only had 2. I expect a refund.And now, I have to make the significant drive down there again for the DEXA, now that gasoline is so cheap.I am appalled by the incompetence.

Even though I was a walk-in for x-rays, I was treated cheerfully and respectfully. The length of time for waiting was given to me, and it turned out to be exactly right on!

Had a late last minute appointment for an MRI @6pm. Was told to be there @5:30. I was greeted upon entering, It took 5 min to get me signed in & the young man took me back early. He was courteous, fast & efficient. I was out of there under 30 min. Great work!!
