List of Simonmed Imaging - Deer Valley's Reviews
The people who work here were VERY nice and friendly! I was able to get an appointment in one day (on a Saturday, no less). The reception staff and the technician were all very upbeat. I would highly recommend this place!
My appointment with Simon Med in Phoenix On 27th Ave was great as always. Very professional and caring.
Very professional and detailed!! However, your use of foreign call centers is disgusting and I’ll never call again!
I had 3 X-rays that day. I was in & out in no time at all. I had 2 different tech’s. Could not have been more pleasant & kid. A good experience
Kaitland was very competent and we were able to connect immediately on a professional basis. As a retired Rad Technology and former employee of Simon Med, I give her and the receptionists high praise.
The procedure was VERY well done as the receptionist and technician were both professional, polite and very easy to work with. The appointment process was little short of a nightmare and got to a catch 22 scenario. A person and left a voice mail to which I responded, never to hear from them again. Chatting on the web site informed me that the original caller was the only one in the whole wide world who could make the appointment. Several chats latter produced a phone number answered by someone other than the original caller who, VOILA, made the appointment.
The X-ray tech who X-rayed my grandfather, who is VISIBLY weak and ill and cannot stand straight, was extremely rude and impatient. He didn't even let me explain my grandfather's condition, forced the guy to stand by himself with no support while trying to force ME out of the room. He only stopped when my grandfather was literally screaming for my help and reluctantly let me back in and didn't even try to hide his grumpiness when asking me if my grandfather needed me to be there to help him. I am a medical provider myself and run my own clinic. If this tech works at my clinic and treats my patients this way I would fire him on the spot. It is just unacceptable.
Terrible! Never had the MRIs DONE😡I checked in at 1:30, half hour before 2:00 appt like you instructed, and at 3:35 I finally had enough and left. I was told my appt was cancelled and rescheduled for 4:00 without anyone even telling me as I sat there😡. The 2 receptionists could care less about the line of people waiting to check in. I waited 15 minutes to just check in after checking in on my text from you. People after me waited 30 minutes.. to just check in..terrible service!
I walked in, give the young lady at the desk my information. She told me that it was a $900 co-pay with my insurance. I asked her how much it would be to pay out-of-pocket. She told me $300. After she checked with my insurance company she confirmed that it was a $900 co-pay with my insurance. I Then told her to just run it through my insurance And that they will bill me, she said no it doesn't work like that. You have to pay the $900 or the $300. I spoke to my insurance company after the appointment. They told me to get a refund for my $300 and to have them run it through the insurance first. I'm not sure what they are teaching their employees but it does not seem on the up and up. Appointment was at 1pm. I have been sitting here for 1hr waiting for an MRI. Why wasn't my appointment at 2? No communication! No receipt and no invoice. Printer was broken!!!!! How convenient.
Fast, efficient and professional.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
