Everything was fine until the person who did the xrays didnt wear a mask. I am immune compromised and this man was within 2 feet of me. I thought that medical facilities were supposed to wear masks...absolutely not okay. Wont be going back to that location again.

Rude. Unprofessional. Uncaring. Threatening. Strong-arm cash grabbers. Lack of communication. NO DIRECT PHONE NUMBER!?!? Posted local number connects caller with Florida. LONG wait times on a horribly run phone system. My cancer treatment was postponed by 2 weeks due to scheduling issues at SimonMed. Nothing but issues, and excuses...all the time.

Horrible customer service. Got hung up on 3 times because the rude, lazy phone schedulers didn't want to figure out an issue on their end since it was Friday and close to closing time. They called ME to schedule a CT for a potentially life threatening issue and once they discovered the order got assigned to the wrong person, they decided it was not their problem and literally hung up mid conversation after basically saying it was my issue to fix. When I called back they had switched on the "we are closed" recording. I spoke to 3 different people, all of them very rude and not helpful. Why are you in the healthcare field?

I am at a loss as to why this place has 5 star reviews. I made an online appointment they confirmed by email and text. I showed up and they did not have an appointment for me. I had to come back. We are now several weeks later and the results of my X-ray and MRI have not been sent to my doctor or at least they did not have them 3 weeks later. This is dangerous and I sincerely hope the MRI details are negative or I will sue them for negligence. I am sick of the but covid Excuse if you cannot process the patients you are taking then cut back on the number of patients and process them in a timely manner. This is people’s lives we are talking about. I will never go to one of their facilities again. I am shocked at how they are running this service.
