I was worried by a bad and painful experience in Tucson. This Phoenix facility was careful, concerned and caring for my disability. The technician worked diligently to get the x-rays needed without hurting me in the process. Thank you SimonMed.

Terrible scheduling and office staff, they actually called me and scheduled my MRI. When I arrived I was told that they had yet to get insurance approval and I needed to reschedule. I am currently back for the rescheduled appt and they have a sign on the window that they are away and to sit tight. Been sitting here for 25 mins and nobody has even come to the window. TERRIBLE RUN ORGANIZATION!!!

The wait was a bit long, but everyone was nice and understanding.I loved the Xray tech. She was so patient and sweet. I will use this location again.

They cancelled my appointment without any reason and didn't notify me then after I showed up I had to wait 2 more hours for them to schedule me and then I get a text my appointment is soon be ready to pay at the desk more concerned about the money they the inconvenience they caused the patient

Had an appointment at 4, walked up...no tech. I didn't get a call, the front office ladie proceeded to tell me, "we don't take appointments for X-rays". But I had an appointment. Tried calling SimonMed only to get cut off, called again got an operator. Not happy with their customer service at Simon Med in Metro.
