Good service but it was difficult for me because the ultra sound took a long time and my fingers were getting cramped. I really hope I don't have to do this again!

The experience was professional and quick upon returning to my vehicle it was broken into and Two very expensive bags with my personal belongings were stolen out of the parking garage at Papago medical park so I’m really hurt and the violation of my property has me really idk at this point

The care and the attention was amazing. My breathing and ability to walk are terrible. James helped me with the ultrasound, checked in on me every so often and helped to my vehicle. I didn’t feel like just any patient. I felt taken care of and I would def go back for any of my imaging.

This place was so rude! I had an appt at 12:30, I wasn't seen until 1:30. To top it off when I went to the back they were really rude & ruff with the ultrasound. Once I walked in it was just attitude all the way til my appt was done. I'll never go here again & i suggest no one else does either! Also there were 3 other people while I was sitting there that also were not handle nicely. Just seemed like everyone who walked in was just handled with rudeness. They're in the health field you would think they would have been nicer smh! i suggest no one go there.

This place has a total disregard for people’s time. I don’t know why they bother making appointments for two services concurrently, that only one guy can do. Ridiculous. Luckily that one guy is amazing! He is kind and patient, all while moving at a breakneck pace attempting to keep up with unrealistic scheduling.

My appointment was 3 hours for an MRI. More than 2 hours of that was waiting time. Took 30-40 min to complete the online paperwork and still had to fill out more paper at the office. Had to fill out more stuff on my phone before even entering the office. It would have been nice if they would have had robes to put on after having to remove my bra. Felt naked. Some advanced info about having to do that would have been helpful because then I could have dressed differently. The good thing was that they had an open MRI machine and played movies while we wait.
