Dr. Price and all of her staff are professional, knowledgeable, and compassionate. I drive 45 minutes to my appointments every 3 months. I wouldn’t trust my skin with anyone else.

Everyone here is very kind, professional and knowledgeable. I saw Kimberly this past Friday to have a few suspicious areas removed. She listened to my concerns, explained my options thoroughly and the experience was pain free! I am thankful for the care I'm always given there by everyone, from the pleasant and friendly greeting when checking in and checking out to the care during my visits. I am so happy to have found this amazing office years ago! I can not say enough great things about this group of people!

Booked an appointment over a month ago that was scheduled for today. They texted me this morning (after I was already at work and unavailable) informing me my appointment was cancelled because the doctor would be out of the office and to call them to reschedule. They did not try to call me a single time before or after this. I had to cancel one of my own meetings just to try to reschedule and they didn't even answer their phone after 5 attempts. They say they will text you back, but they don't. Communication is garbage. When she did finally call back hours later she was rude and unhelpful and couldn’t tell me why they hadn’t called me to reschedule. Any business that so blatantly disrespects my time does not deserve a single dollar.

Summary: actively listens, no judgement, keeps prices in mind, and gave through explanations.I just had my visit today with Kim and Rachel. Everyone from the front door to the back was so kind, patient, listened, had grace, no judgement, etc.I am AFRAID of going to see medical professionals because of my past experiences and when I found a good medical professional, I hold on dear life. 12/10 experience. The visit wasn't as costly as I had imagined, but it was a simple appointment with a few medications prescribed.Kim explained what was going on with my skin, why that could be happening, what they are prescribing and why, what the next steps are, and have me my prescription instructions on a cute guide with a recommendation to a company that delivers for free to me with cheaper prices honestly.I am hoping the treatment works well, guess we'll see. She recommended a much easier on the body treatment than a previous dermatologist in Houston.I am so grateful and all of these 5 star reviews are not for nothing. Go.
