This place is terrible. Tried setting up an intake appointment, but unfortunately was “helped” by Dylan Davison who never replied to any of my emails or gave a follow-up phone call, despite me reaching out multiple times. He said he handed off my paperwork to his supervisor, Joy, but I highly doubt he ever lifted a finger. It’s been well over a week and I’ve gotten nowhere with these people. If you are struggling with mental health and need support from a team who understands and values your courage to ask for help, avoid this location by all means necessary.

Absolutely mind blowing 🤯 I was a client about 4 1/2 to 5 years ago. And I’m just moving back to the Flagstaff region. I had to call this office to get transferred to administration because it’s the main office but sadly, despite being required to be able to answer these questions by law not a single person could tell me whether or not my insurance would cover it and what I had to do to be able to get into the program again! I had a few problems with this program before the last time I was on it but nothing like this. How could your own administration first off, not know how to get you to a billing person who can answer an Insurance question or whether or not an insurance plan would cover it.🤯 They would seem as if the lackadaisical latitude that has now permeated our entire medical system has now reached this point. Does not give much hope to someone like me reaching out for help and it makes me feel like they would rather me be dead on the street!

Becky Hoffman needs fired as she wishes death upon our former President. How does she feel about the clients? Shame on you and your morals and values, you are totally evil.

A behavioral health clinic shouldn’t be hiring someone who publicly wishes the death of another American citizen! As a former vet who has struggled with ptsd and depression, I’ve used clinics in the past for health. I ended my last term of service under the President she publicly wished death upon. Screen better, do better!

Everyone here is professional and helpful! My daughter comes here for the services she needs and when we walk in everyone is so welcoming. Dr Cali answers any questions you may have and is so kind and down to Earth. Both Ricktisha and Elisha have helped us out so much so far! They are both kind, funny, and down to Earth. Thank you everyone for always answering the phone and if I left a voicemail always getting back to me. I highly recommend this location because the services you get here are outstanding! I drive an hour drive to get here but it is well worth it thank you everyone☺️

John (the Asian dude) is an Amazing tech Jamil on th other hand told me mentally ill people have demons and need exorcism.

Most incompetent company ever, I begged them for help with my son finally got him to an intake and the called the police titled him and tried to commit him. He is a 36 y/o DD man. They said nothing to his aunt or called his mother. His aunt was sitting with him in the lobby. He is now going to a new doctor not affiliated to them. When I arrived at the Beale street location even they were shocked at what had happened. They did help us through with a PC appointment and meds and sent him home that night. There is a lot more to this story but evil is the only word I have for the people on Haulapai MTN road.

I’m glad to be part of the SACE program. It’s been a blast. SWBH is great.

Always switching up appointments without calling before also Dr here come in when they please And the Girl and guy in front are young yet slow and rude I don't how this place gets 4 if there were no stars id choose it. UNPROFESSIONAL
