I went to Dr Hammett after reading many many positive reviews, and I want to add my voice to say that everything positive you read here is true. He is a great listener, he is thorough, and thinks about your medical situation and suggests appropriate tests or specialists when needed. He is everything you could want in a primary care doctor.

I just tried to make a new patient appointment after getting out of the hospital and after two different calls to this number, I was called the wrong name, they could not answer if they use “My Chart” computer program and the lady answered “No, we do not have your chart.” Then I explained the program and she said she did not know. Then she called me by the wrong last name. I asked if she could find out and then she disconnected me. I was really looking forward to meeting Dr. Hammett due to the recommendations. Ugh.

I have been seeing Dr. Hammett for a number of years and he has always treated me like a person. His professionalism is balanced equally with his good natured humor. I was very sad to hear he is no longer with Honor Health. I'm now trying to see where he has moved to so that I might switch to that facility to continue to have him has my family doctor.
