Nurses were on top of keeping up with my progress. My phone calls and emails were answered within a 24-72 hr. period. Excellent service.

I had my left hip replaced three months ago. About a month later the area around the incision was red and there was concern that it might be infected. I am in Canada so it was not possible to see Dr. Kassman. However, Dr. Kassman assisted in evaluating the situation in conjunction with my GP, which turned out to be nothing. During the evaluation Dr. Kassman was in touch with me every day and could not have been more attentive. I have no hesitation in recommending Dr. Kassman.

What can I say!? Not only did I have my hip replaced by a most skilled surgeon, I had such responsive, kind, caring treatment from planning to post op. Dr. Kassman and his entire team are a very special group of people that make you feel confident and well cared for. My recovery has been better than I could have ever imagined possible. I will forever be grateful.

I came down to Phoenix from Vancouver Canada on the recommendation of a friend who had had a knee replacement from Dr. Kassman. Everything about the experience went well and I highly recommend Dr. Kassman and his entire staff(both surgical and non-surgical)

The treatment I received from planning, to post op and everything in between, could not have been better from Dr. Kassman and his team were the best. I had a total hip replacement and it truly was life changing. Having one of the best orthopaedic surgeons contributed to my confidence of the procedure and an amazing recovery. I will be forever grateful. It is such a sad situation to have the wait times in Canada that there are. Thankfully, there are the Dr. Kassmans to turn to in time of need.
