Kurt Knobelauch has made an amazing difference in the way my two teenage girls communicate with each other and how to deal with other stressors in their lives. Truly given them tools to work with. I have one emotional and one rational teen and there were quite a few issues. After only two sessions they have been working together and I haven't heard one snippy or snide comment from one to the other, and it has been over a month at this point! I know it will probably happen at some point, but they will know how to get back to this mode of 'getting along' by themselves. It has been absolutely amazing!

Strategies for success is a great therapy office and I highly recommend seeing therapists there as mine is as a trauma-based therapist. She has flexibility for both in office and telehealth and has provided me resources to aid in my well-being.

Highly recommended. I truly believe they care about my mental well being & they have been so accommodating with virtual visits vs in person. I thank God daily I found this provider & my therapist. She has helped me so much. I look forward to keeping her as my therapist for as long as possible.

The Strategies For Success team is the best. I have only visited the Anthem office but all of my interactions have been nothing but positive with those in the Chandler office as well. Spilling your guts out to people you are not close to can be very difficult and stressful. The Anthem team makes every visit comfortable and enjoyable. I am lucky to have found a team I trust to help me on my journey to better mental health. Truly a blessing.
