I have never felt so comfortable- The staff and Dr Ajayi are phenomenal. I am one Satisfied Army Veteran.
Left scared but educated
I really felt comfortable with my visit. It made my frustration less and my time easier to deal with. thank you
I have just started my treatment here, and I have been treated with respect and honesty with every doctor I have interacted with. The staff and the buildings in West Phoenix and Scottsdale are beautiful. I showed up really early and they still were able to get me in rather quickly. They provided me with a lot of information about my pain and why I was feeling it still, along with a plan on how to make things better. I look forward to the treatment process moving forward.
Top notch pain management and auto accident facility. Highly recommended to anyone needing its services. There is no need to look further as Stridewell is as good and professional as a clinic can get.
Went in for an appointment and I saw the nurse practitioner at the Scottsdale location short lady with tattoos. My significant other was with me and one way left our opinions matched I've never been so rushed cut off or made to feel like an inconvenience by somebody getting paid to be there. Immediately upon opening the door not saying hello not introducing yourself with a short rude tone I hear move your drink I need to set my computer down. No hello no hey sorry is there anyway you can move your drink, nothing. Halfway through the discussion asking me symptoms I respond but it's not a yes or no answer so I answer and then elaborate my explanation What happens? I get completely cut off and actually laughed at at one point when I say I had a concussion. I'm sorry you have your degree but it's definitely not an actual doctor your nurse practitioner and you don't have a degree in communications or empathy. You've not done any exams on me you haven't even listened to my actual situation and you want to laugh when I say I had a concussion? I got rear-ended 50 mph at a dead stop then t-boned left unconscious difficulty forming and speaking sentences and every other telltale sign of a concussion. But she didn't want to listen to the rest of the symptoms She wanted to ask her question here yes or no and move on. I was in and out of that appointment in less than 20 minutes for a new patient full exam. This lady needs to go back to school for manners empathy bedside manner for sure or just get a new career because the first words that came out of my mouth walking out said damn she hates her job and that's not the environment that I want to be in. I'm not gonna be left feeling that way by someone that's being compensated to be there.
Excellent service. Very informative on my medical issues. Clean establishment. I highly recommend this place.
The Dr Igor & his staff were Amazing!!Dr was Thorough and clear about everything he said. He answered all my questions before I ask them
They are great, but seem to lag on getting your documents, emails , and phone calls back to you in a timely manner. Sometimes you have to ask a few times, and possibly wait a few days or more before a response.
They are the best

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
