I have had a few problems with my appointments here. The first time I came was great! Then at the end of my appointment I scheduled a follow-up. Months later, I came to my appointment and they told me I wasn't scheduled for that day. I had to come back other day. Second time went great too! And at the end of my appointment I scheduled a follow-up and even received a reminder card. On the day of my appointment they told me that I wasn't scheduled! I showed them the reminder card and they told me to wait, but didn't receive any explanation. I didn't want to make a drama about it, so I just smiled and sat down. Dr. Tamela saw me, but this is not ok.

There isn't a better dermatologist on the planet! Dr. Tripp is a wonderful, knowledgeable, and caring doctor, and she always goes the extra mile!She also saved my husband's life, and that's no joke. Two weeks prior, he had a physical, and when asked about a spot on his neck, the doctor said it was nothing. Fast-forward two weeks (thank goodness not longer!), Dr. Tripp looked at the spot, did a biopsy, and it was Melanoma!! He had a quite extensive surgery a few weeks later, and I'm happy to say that he is fine now. If my husband hadn't seen Dr. Tripp, that cancer would have had nearly a year more to grow, until his next physical. We would have had a completely different outcome.Dr. Tripp is truly incredible, and I will be forever grateful!Cover up, and wear sunscreen and a hat!

Dr. Tripp is not only a very skilled doctor, but easy to work with and personable. I have seen her over 25 years now and refer my patients to her with confidence.
