Dr. Patel is great! He's professional, friendly, and very informative. I appreciate how he explains what he's doing along with the reason why throughout the exam. His staff is always kind and helpful as well.

Well, there isn’t anything bad I can say about this experience. Started with my eye examination and Dr. Patel. He was super kind and took time to explain what he was doing, and what he was looking for. My next contact was Tad, who is a jokester, extremely helpful, and made shopping for glasses, pleasant and not stressful. At another visit shortly thereafter, I met the manager, Fran, who is a wealth of knowledge and so very friendly. Both Tad and Fran have great customer service qualities and treated me like a friend with each visit. My insurance dictated where I go and Target was the better choice out of all of the choices and I’m so glad I made the switch. Thank you all!

Came here with my dad and everyone here was very sweet. Dr. Patel is also very kind and answers any and all questions. He even spoke Spanish! He was very helpful in getting us to understand our vision problems. My dad got a pair and he felt great about them. The only reason I’m giving 4 not 5 starts is because it’s still very expensive for a pair of glasses and I wish it was cheaper :( but thats also a healthcare problem everywhere.

Fran is incredible! She has the patience of an angel. She and her team provide the highest level of customer service. I've been coming here for years and I keep coming back because of the incredible staff here. Absolutely top notch!

I have been going to Dr. Patel at this location for almost 10 years. Dr. Patel is consistent and thorough. If, for whatever reason, he leaves Target Optical, I will follow him. The staff is always great. They are fun.
