I broke my wrist in a bad accident; the wrist was almost completely shattered. The hospital referred me out to a doctor and they took two weeks to get back to me. While waiting for their phone call, I remembered how amazing CORE institute was when I was young and broke my arm. They got me in immediately for an appointment and X-rays; immediately after they scheduled me for surgery by day 8 of the break. They have been intensive, helpful, and willing to explain the plan of care on a simpler level. The casting team is amazing. I love them all and the radiologist are so sweet.

Just a quick review of my experience scheduling two appointments today. Unlike the usual mediocre stuff I am used to when attempting to schedule appointments my call was answered immediately and I spoke with a very professional and calm lady named Casandra. She made the scheduling very easy and painless. Thank you Casandra!
