Always filled my prescriptions on time. They were never late.

Normally use Dr Doust for my procedures but for some reason he isnt doing them anymore. Had Dr Park last week and have never had the procedure hurt so much during and afterwards. He didn't even stay in the room long enough to remove the needles from my back when the procedure was finished.

If you are reading this, you are warned, and if you use this company you will regret going here. This is my opnion from an actual patient from this company. Horrible service. Takes hours to get a hold of someone for appointments. Other issues take days. In April 2023 my pain Dr assigned to me was no longer available. I was told I would be given a new doctor in April. I was in a head on car crash in May 2023, I was actually yelled at for having the ER provide me with medications while in ER and after. I was in hospital for 18 days because of the accident. When I got out, I tried to set up appointments with the pain center. They would not give me a Dr, but had me see other doctors. They all told me that they could not help me because they were not my doctor. They also gave me a video visit for a doctor in Tucson, I live in North Phoenix, this is doctor that yelled at me, and once again said she could not help me as I am not her patient. They all did give me refills for a month on my prescriptions. I have since gone to another dr, and am scheduled for my 1st of four surgeries in November. These should have been done months ago. I am kind of grateful because it forced me to find a new pain management company, and the one I have now is amazing.

Husband was diagnosed with CRPS 34 years ago. Has had every test, procedure, treatment and medication used to treat extreme chronic pain which included opiod therapy. Upon moving to the area he saw Matthew Doust for last 6 years. This so called doctor in his infinite wisdom decided to inform my husband that his urine test indicated cocaine which is so incorrect. He didn't do a random retest or do anything to confirm. What he did do is stop opioid perscriptions without informing my husband. He finally sent scripts for withdrawal meds after 3 weeks and a horrible dehumanizing trip to hospital and rehab place (was a shelter/detox location in Tolleson). No help was given and still no relief from pain. Doust and his inept staff would on too many occasions send scripts to wrong pharmacy or not on time (weekend would cause painful delays). My thoughts are he decided to get even for incompetence so here ya go. Recent information is that he does this quite often to chronic pain patients on opioid medications. My husband has never run out of his medication and always took it responsibly even when Doust cut dosage to half. If you are seeking true pain management for extreme chronic pain due to CRPS/RSD, do not go to this center!

My husband and I went to the Pain Center in Prescott last Friday and boy were we disappointed! We met a very arrogant Dr. Park who told us that they don’t even treat pain and only do procedures there! That’s where the money is. If you have long term pain or debilitating pain, they won’t help you at all! I spent months getting our records transferred in to them and hours filling out forms and answering all their questions and then bam! They don’t deal with pain? What a joke! BTW: why are all the comments on this page two or three years old? Do you delete all the negative ones?

When I was a patient approximately 7 yrs ago I was treated like a drug addict since they mixed up my records with someone else with the same first name & then I couldn't get Disability. I did everything the Dr.s said n could barely afford the medication from this office let alone another pain doctor. I also was on medication for a Heart condition & my husband and I were barely getting by. Please don't fall into their trap of treatment. I now continue to suffer from their treatment & can't work or get Disability. Thank you for nothing. Pain Center of Arizona.

The staff is extremely compassionate and caring.

I LOVE The Pain Center! Everyone there is totally professional but at the same time they treat you like family. They learn your name and truly care how you are doing. I have bragged about their services more than once and always make sure I specify Dr. Dais. As far as I am concerned, she is the best of The Best of THE BEST!!! Hopefully she will be there for as long as I need her, as I can't imagine the huge disappointment I would face of losing such a caring, dedicated and personal doctor! She never treats you like a number passing through, she gives you information on your particular condition and offers options so you are involved in your care. If she doesn't have an answer about something she will find the answer and get back to you. She's a Winner......I would always recommend her services to anyone asking!

When counter clerks call to argue with us on the phone...we have hit rock bottom in the customer service side of things. We are staying away from these people. Goodbye!

I just love this place, the doctors and all the people who work there are compassionate and really cares about their patients. Highly recommended.
