Everyone is so nice and helpful. Miriam was extremely patient with me and helped me pick out some glasses. 🙂 Liked it so much my husband and both of my kids also go here.
Miriam was very helpful and nice :)
Bianca was super helpful and made the whole experience so easy and stress-free. She was friendly, patient, and took the time to answer all my questions. You can tell she genuinely cares about helping people and making sure everything is done right. Her professionalism and positive attitude really stood out. I would definitely recommend working with Bianca—she made a big difference!
My family and I are new to this establishment. We have been going to LensCrafters faithfully. I called on January 5th to ask if my insurance was accepted. I was told that they are in-network with my vision insurance. My daughter has diabetes, and I was told her Mercy Care was accepted here, and we were sold on it. Upon visiting my stepchildren on Friday and Saturday, January 9th and 10th, the bathrooms were empty and very dirty. The women in the front were very rude to my step-son. He asked why he needed to provide his social security number, and she said it was to verify his insurance. That's a lie! A woman named Jessica had confirmed over the phone to my husband that they were able to verify both insurances. The woman took the note with his social security number and placed it in a bin, which landed on the floor by a heater - another HIPAA violation! As we sat waiting, which occurred on both visits, we not only heard three women standing and talking very poorly of what I can only assume is another coworker in Spanish, but it was very unprofessional and distasteful. I read all the reviews feeling like I picked the right place to spend our hard-earned money. We called to cancel our medical appointments, which would have been out of pocket. We are going back to our old doctors. The opticians were great, but again, even on the other side of the building, we heard curse words and conversations not suitable for a workplace environment. This place is a joke! Another thing I'd like to note is that while sitting waiting for our son to be done, we heard all patients' information not only over the phone but in person. Don't even get me started on the television that didn't work or the inappropriate music playing. There was a woman with orange hair on her phone, and a woman with blonde curly hair and glasses going back and forth with horrible things to say about everyone and everything. All in all, to say we will no longer be patients, and we have spread the word to friends and family, many of whom are patients or have appointments to become patients. We are very unsatisfied!
We have been coming here since 2017. Dr. Juarez and his staff are phenomenal. My daughter has an eye condition that required us to go to children’s hospital. Once we came here Dr. Juarez assured us he could do the same and he has been taking care of her since. Today we came in and we continue to receive the same service since 2017. I had to schedule my appointments at different times, but once I got here I told the staff at the front and they accommodated me to closer time slots. Gloria was great letting us know the difference between our two insurance plans. We didn’t feel pressured to buy glasses here as we prefer to use our insurance at Costco. She understood and offered the option if we ever need it. Thank you!
The Vision Center of West Phoenix is truly a gem. Raveena was incredibly kind and accommodating from the moment I walked in. Dr. Juarez was refreshingly honest—he focused on what I actually needed and never tried to upsell anything unnecessary. Gabby took her time answering every question and helped me make the best decision with confidence. They even placed my prescription lenses into my Meta shades at no additional charge, which was a huge bonus. This is a minority-owned small business that genuinely cares about people, and it shows in every detail. I recommend them to everyone.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
