Dr Kavanaugh is, hands down, the best doctor I have ever seen. He is patient when explaining the surgery and explains how I can understand it. If you have knee problems, go see him.

After several previous surgeries by another surgeon,Dr. Kavanaugh took the initiative and instinct to run a blood test on possible metalergic reaction. He found out I had two metal alegeries. He immediately worked getting a new knee without the two metals. Dr Kavanaugh is also a very nice doctor who listens, answer questions and genuinely concerned to help me get back to the active person I once was. Surgery had only been 5 days, but he had reached out twice to see how I'm doing. Pretty Awaesome

Dr. Timothy Kavanaugh Is a kind and respectful surgeon. He has wonderful bedside manner. One of his many strengths is he listens! His depth of knowledge is quickly evident in conversation. He did, for me, what no other physician had done before. He Informed me that some metal on metal implants could throw off cobalt ions into my blood. His thorough examination of my complaint literally saved my life. I had cobalt poisoning as validated with a specialized metal testing blood sample. After years of me presenting symptoms of cobalt poisoning to other physicians, none of them even thought to test for metal poisoning. No other physician speciality even knew that such a condition was presenting in patients. Dr Kavanaugh was observant, listened, informed and performed two successful hip revision surgeries for me. I have unrestricted full range of motion. My mental and physical health is improving daily. I personally thanked him for saving my life. With no reservations, I highly recommend Timothy Kavanaugh!!

This was my first time seeing Dr Kavanaugh and I thought he was pretty awesome! He took the time to explain everything to me and I never felt rushed. His assistant Ebony was great too. The girls at the front desk and the gentleman who took my X-Ray were all very nice as well. For sure Dr Kavanaugh will definitely be my choice for all my orthopedic needs. Thanks!
