Uptown Psychiatry's Online Review Report Card

I was a patient of Charlie Rounds for close to 4 years. Only stopped seeing him because of moving to the east coast. He has been great and I would highly recommend. Charlie helped me while I was dealing with personal issues stemming from addiction, depression, and anxiety. He helped get into the mindset to pursue a relationship with my partner (2.5 years and counting). Helped me after a surprise layoff from my dream job. Helped me navigate a 6month unemployment period and not lose my mind. In the spirit of truth, I will say that Charlie chooses his words very carefully. Which is a good thing. But, in my experience, do not come in looking for a yap session. That being said, I would recommend Uptown Psychiatry and specifically Dr. Rounds to anyone, and everyone.

As soon as I find a real doctor who "cares", I will voice my opinion on here..

brooke is in fact not timely or considerate. waited 10+ mins on klara for her each session i had. left in the complete dark and was paying a ton for what was supposed to be an hour session only to call for about 10 minutes. complete pill pusher as well. i have no idea what shes diagnosed me with, just said a few symptoms and boom i got some prescription pills. no clue how people actually like her.

Dr. Lindsey Greene is an exceptionally professional and caring person. She takes the time to truly listen to her patients and provides thoughtful, effective treatment plans. Her compassionate approach and dedication to patient care make her stand out in her field. I highly recommend her.

I had my appointment with Charlie Rounds months ago and he assisted me in my evaluation and prescription needs without judgment and was very understanding. I've gone to primary doctors before for mental health medications and sometimes felt judged. So, I tried going to a psychiatrist and this was the first place I tried and am really thankful it worked out. The receptionists/ employees that I have gotten assistance with through the Klara portal are always so nice and patient with me when it came to making payments and any questions I had. I really recommend this place to anyone. It was not cheap (for me) but unfortunately nothing in healthcare is cheap during these times so at least their great service makes up for it.

I've seen Carrie for the last several months and I genuinely am so thankful that I chose this office to seek help/treatment. If you are a woman who has maybe felt a little unsure about male medical professionals or you have ADHD, I can't recommend her enough. You can tell that she really cares about her patients and about helping them live a better life.

When I was first referred to Uptown Psychiatry, I knew that after looking at the bios that I wanted to be treated by Brooke. I’ve been working with her since earlier this spring, and I’m so glad I held out the extra month for an appointment with her. She is incredibly kind, listens well, and truly cares. She takes into consideration other medical needs going on in my life and supports finding a solution that works right for me. Nothing feels forced. I love being able to communicate with them on the app. It’s a super helpful tool!

Honestly very disappointed. No one ever answers the phone. They use an app for contact called Klara that they rarely respond in too. Need a refill of my medication. it's been 3 days of me calling and sending messages with no care for me and my prescription running out. Very unprofessional office if used long term. First appointment went fine but since then it's been a struggle to get in contact with anyone every time I try. Do better, people rely on you.
