What a wonderful experience! Had to be cash pay without insurance and the staff was so kind to help me not only pick out frames in my style but in my price range without issue at all! Soo so nice and smooth experience

Urban Eyecare makes taking care of yourself easy. Dr. Klepfisz is down to earth & explains what’s going on. He is friendly, takes his time, & his office is updated with tools that make the experience simple & pain free. The office staff are accommodating & help you find the frames that suit you best. I feel confident in my care here & won’t be going anywhere else!

Shout out to @urbaneyecarephx in Uptown Plaza! Sonia was awesome today, I tried on almost 50-11 pairs. Also Dr. K was excellent too, this was overall the best eye exam shop visit I've ever had. Now the hard part is which pair to choose. The frames selection here is spectacular!

I was incredibly impressed by the level of sophistication at Urban eye care, It is rare to find a clinic that feels this aesthetic while remaining so patient-focused, literally fella like familia . They use state-of-the-art diagnostic tools that I haven't seen at other practices, which gave me a much deeper understanding of my eye health than a standard exam. The procedures were quick, fun and incredibly precise. If you’re looking for the 'gold standard' in modern eye care, this is it!!

First off.. in and out. Appointment was at 12:30 it started at 12:30 and I was out at 12:42 The dr. Is sarcastic, younger and has a good sense of humor. Hes serious during important moments and makes it easy for an adult child like myself to understand what hes doing and why. The office staff was very friendly and helpful I didn’t need to do almost anything. If youre a person who hates nationwide visions or old practices ran out of an old Jamba Juice or an old bank this place is 1000% for you. If you want someone who’s boring, 100 years old and smells like coffee and regret then don’t come here.
