I find Dr Crain to be amazingly patient and knowledgeable. My wait time has always been average considering you can’t put an estimated treatment time on some of the patients before me. But she is definitely worth any wait time. She treats me as an individual and remembers specific things about me the next time she sees me, she tells me what she her professional opinion is not what she thinks I want to hear, with her I get actual care.

I have used this provider office in the past and they were always great . The front staff always nice and helpful. However there seems to be a change in Drs.s the service provided from DRs here are poor. Not helpful at all . I would not recommend this location

Wish i could give a negative number. Just horrible horrible. Rude. Beware providers are terrible!!

This place is terrible at fulfilling refills, more times than I can count has my pharmacy not filled my prescriptions because of issues with this clinic. For getting prescriptions filled on time and accurately, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

More like human unkindness. An absolute pain to work with. Their residents are a nightmare to work with, very unprofessional, and lack oversight.

It’s a shame to see so many bad reviews. I have been coming here for a little over 2 years and I loved every visit. The providers here are efficient and attentive to patients needs. I have never had an issue at this clinic although, I do agree the wait can be lengthy it’s nothing I don’t already experience at every other clinic. I would rather have my provider run behind because he is listening to what I have to say, instead of being tossed out right at the 15 minute mark. Love this place the entire staff is very friendly!!

I had been going here for check ups for the past seven years or so. Ever since Dignity took over, the level of customer service and care for the patient has gone down. Communication between the appointment schedulers and the doctors is poor.I was told that at any appointment, I can only be seen for one thing. If I happen to show up with some other question or ailment, I need to see the appointment scheduler, make another appointment, take time out of my day some time in the future to come on back. Why? I'm already here, what's wrong with helping me right then and there when I truly need the help?I was sent to SimoneMed for imaging and was told the doctors would have my results and they'd call me within three weeks or so. Ok. That's not true. And when I call to see if they have received the results, now I am told that I have to get them from SimonMed myself and bring them to the doctor's office.I've filled out the online form with SimonMed to have the results sent to the doctor's office, no luck. When I went in for the imaging they said they would get this over to my doctor's office as soon as possible. Sigh...I feel like receiving proper medical care shouldn't be this hard. I get that these corporations are for profit, but they could at least PRETEND to care about the well-being of a patient and add better customer service to the mix.

My family and I have been going to this clinic for about 30 years. As a teaching arm of St. Joseph's Hospital, we have literally grown up with some of the administrative staff, even seeing some into retirement. We are generally always cared for in a very professional and sincere way. The doctors' rotations are based on the length of their residency programs, and I am often sad to see them "graduate" off to a new clinic or hospital. I am proud to be a part of helping doctors develop positive patient care interactions while receiving excellent care. I wholly endorse this medical practice.

I am very disappointed and honestly scared for anyone who seeks care for their child at this clinic. Despite arriving 15 min prior to my appointment, it took almost an hour past my actual appointment time for my child to be seen. This isn't acceptable. To continue, I am myself a Family doctor and have taken care of patients of all ages including newborns. The encounter and physical exam my child has received from their resident/ and attending in presence was horrible. I won't go into details but i am grateful i am a physician and i know how to examine and care for babies. I do not recommend anyone to seek care at this clinic.
