List of Valley Eyecare Center's Reviews
Avery at the front desk was extremely kind and welcoming. Dr. Stathis is great; he answered my questions and concerns. Jensen fitted me for glasses and is knowledgeable in her craft. To round out the team, manager Dulce runs a tight ship. I'm from Wyoming, and I come down to see this clinic yearly. They are that good.
We have been seeing Dr. Eric Clyde for several years. He makes going to the eye doctor easy. He is thorough, and you never feel rushed during your appointment. He makes sure to answer all the questions. The staff is friendly and warm. The optical assistants are helpful. The staff will help select glasses and order contacts, and you can pick your orders up right from their office. We would recommend Valley Eyecare Center to our family and friends.
Always a wonderful experience.Dr Eric Clyde is very caring and compassionate in caring for his patients. Staff is professional and very thorough. Keep up the good work
Slightly confused when I was charged $40 for a picture of the back of my eye, that I specifically said to the medical assistant I did not want and that I’ll just do the usual annual eye exam that is all covered by my insurance. At the end of my visit the ophthalmologist showed the picture of the back of my eye. When I went to check out they said the total was $40, when usual the copay is $5. They ended up not charging me for the “back of the eye picture” that I initially emphasized I did not want. But since I was asked to review just wanted to make others aware.
The whole staff was welcoming, friendly and very informative. Today was my first visit and I was very impressed with the whole staff. 😊
Had a pair of glasses justifiably refunded, now JULIE says I have an overdue balance of $13.75. How do I have an overdue balance if the only thing I purchased was refunded? And then of course when I call back, they say Julie's not available and can't even say when she'll call me back. When I said I was going to leave a bad review, the receptionist sounded like she could not care less. Avoid this place at all costs.
I have been coming here for years abs the service has always been great.
I love it here
A couple years ago, this place was great- now not gracious or friendly. Maybe they sold it; new staff. I switched back to Arcadia Eye in Old Town.
Very nice and friendly staff. Pleasant experience with affordable prices.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
