Only problems trying to make an appointment here with a referral from my OB. Literal chaos in this place. After two days and sending my referral on multiple occasions, I finally just asked my OB if I could just be sent somewhere else. Not only that, but when trying to make this very important, urgent, stat MRI everyone in their end was very rude and told me it would take “weeks” to be seen which was just upsetting and unsettling.

Excellent emergency care

I am writing to express my profound gratitude for the exceptional care provided by Jasmine Aldana, a labor and delivery nurse, during a critical moment in my wife’s health journey on November 19, 2024. Jasmine’s quick thinking and keen observation truly saved my wife’s life.When we arrived at the hospital, my wife was experiencing significant medical issue, which initially masked the severity of her condition. However, Jasmine’s attentive nature and her ability to recognize the signs that others may have overlooked were nothing short of remarkable. She noticed that my wife was struggling to breathe and acted swiftly, seeking additional help without hesitation.Thanks to Jasmine’s prompt action, the medical team was able to diagnose that my wife had fluid on her lungs. This was a life-threatening situation that could have escalated if not for Jasmine’s diligence and commitment to her patients. Her knowledge, compassion, and urgency in addressing the situation played a pivotal role in ensuring my wife received the immediate care she desperately needed.Jasmine exemplifies the qualities of an outstanding nurse—dedicated, observant, and truly caring. I believe her efforts deserve not only our gratitude but also formal recognition. They don’t listen to anything you tell them. Worst service I’ve ever experienced . All staff members are terrible listeners on multiple visits and multiple conversations. STAY AWAY!

The eye center’s scheduling line is not helpful at all. When you call, they give unclear information and lack specificity. If they can’t help, they should just say no. I feel like I dodged a bullet by not being seen there.

God help you if you're poor and have to pay cash. While the staff is top notch their NEW EYE DOCTOR IS NOT!! They wanted me to re schedule because he didn't bother to come to work. I payed cash upfront. I couldn't not reschedule due to my work and asked for a refund. Out of $215 I paid upfront. I will only get $71 due to their hidden costs. Again if you're poor and have to pay cash to these people. GOD HELP YOU!!

Terrible Experience in Dentist. They make me wait for 4hrs in the lobby and make me pay for $30 .dentist cant pull my teeth out because he said he don’t have a special tools for the abscess tooth.they should notify the patient right away if they cant do anything about it.they should not make me wait for hrs and endures the pain.

Now over 4 hours, it hurts to breathe. They've called quit Dr. Sent me to ER 3 hours ago from CHC clinic. Only had vitals done. New ER worse than old one.
