Very positive experience with breast lumpectomy done by Dr. Zannis. He explained the procedure, answered all my questions, and gave me confidence that the operation would go well. After the operation, I had almost no grogginess or pain and he responded immediately when I had a question. I would highly recommend him!

I'm a 30 year old high risk breast cancer patient. After finding a large lump I was referred to Dr. Zanis for surgery due to it not looking so pretty. Although there is a bit of a wait time when meeting him, it was totally worth it. Dr. Zannis answered all of my questions and reassured me that it will all go well. He went above and beyond and even found another suspicious lump that was in need of looking into. The surgery went well and Dr. Zannis checked on me a few days later by personally calling me. I've not ever had such a caring doctor and wish there were more doctors like Dr. Zanis.

Dr. Zannis was very informative and communicative throughout the whole process from discovery through surgery and the follow on treatments. He made himself available at any time, day or night. His style is one of compassion but sincerity in discussing options and what to expect but provided you with all you needed to make informed and confident decisions. I could not ask for a better physician and human for your healthcare needs.

Dr. Zannis has been such a kind and competent surgeon/breast cancer coach to both myself and my family. He seems to truly cares about his patients and took so much extra time to address my concerns with a cancer diagnosis, making me immediately feel confident that I was in excellent hands. I have never had a more comfortable surgery experience (very good pain control post-op, and minimal scarring). He is also well versed on the most recent breast cancer research/guidance and is well known across the nation as being a leading breast cancer surgeon. If you are lucky enough to get him as a surgeon, I am sure you will be as pleased as I was!
