Scheduled for Tele-med appointment. Did have technical problems so ended up doing a phone conference instead. Not a problem at all. I was very happy with how responsive and concerned Dr. Sampath was to my concerns and pain. I was pleased with how quickly I was able to get the diagnostic appointments as well. Sure appreciate the whole team.

I was extremely nervous and anxious going to my first appointment. The ladies at the front desk when I first walked in made me immediately feel comfortable. The doctor was very communicative and listened to and discussed everything I needed to say.

Had Lumber surgery (Disc replacement and fusion) at Southlake under the care of Dr Sampath and crew. I could not have had a better team or experience. Dr Sampath had prepared me for the surgery and expectations before, during, and after surgery. He and the Southlake Hospital crew were absolutely the best (and I can say that with confirmation as I come from a medical profession family) at everything. They put me at ease and all throughout the day each person who came in contact with me introduced themselves, told me what they were doing and why with painless grace. Discharged within 24 hours of surgery. Walked out of the hospital without any discomfort. One week later I am markedly better than I was the day before surgery and continuing to improve without sciatica, pain, back issues, or major drop foot. Need I say more??

The visit was actually more than I expected. Very thorough and a good unrushed visit with the Dr. Sampath. He looked over my X-ray and MRI with me, checked me physically and came to the conclusion that I did not need surgery. This was a second opinion and a much better visit than the one I had with my first surgeon.

It was a nice visit !Dr Sampath listened to me showed on the xrays what I already knew as I live in this body 24/7! He included me in decision making about what to do next .Was a mix up in what part of me was going to have EMG but it worked out.Just waiting on results and where to go from here.
