Online access was very user friendly to make appointments. Wait time was little to none for my appointment. All staff were very attentive and friendly. Eye doctor was very thorough with easy explanation of my concerns.

If I could give 6 stars for Mario’s customer service I would…wow. We walked in blindly (pun intended) and asked about insurance coverage. Mario went out of his way to reach out to our vision insurance company multiple times. He communicated with me every step of the way. We established a plan of attack; I picked out frames; gave him my prescription; and am now waiting for my new glasses. Well done, Mario!!

I used to really like going here- however after being overcharged by $120 for the wrong type of contacts that is not on my prescription and that I asked 3x not to get and then waited a month for, I won’t be back. Also because of this, I missed out on my full insurance benefit. When I ordered them I even commented that it seemed like a lot of money and was just told “that’s how much they are”. The optometrists themselves are very nice, I just won’t be doing anything more than an eye exam here in the future (if I do come back), don’t feel like getting screwed over again by someone who refuses to both order what’s on the prescription and what the customer asked for 3x and then wait a month again. Not sure when they just started ordering whatever they want and charging customers whatever regardless of what is on the prescription and what the customer attempted to verify.

I had a wonderful visit at this Visionworks. The staff was very helpful, but my optometrist was excellent. She gave detailed explanations to my questions and made recommendations that have already made a big difference. I would 100% return to see her in the future. My eyes have never been so powerful.

Glasses were completed quickly but they had to be sent back because the bifocal line was not right otherwise everything was good
