Very disappointed, I booked ahead of time and explained my situation clearly and explained the doctor I needed to see, which is a specialist. I asked if the accepted my particular insurance and even provide my insurance id. I show up and they tell me they dont network with my insurance and that there is no specialist im looking for and that it was the call center i spoke with. I specifically called the number on their business site. A waste of time. Please be more considerate of people's time and don't direct them to a call center when they believe they are speaking with tge front office as they were made to believe.

I would recommend anyone to come to Western Dental.🦷 From the time I walked in there was great communication and everyone had a positive attitude with great smiles. Miguel was the Doctor that helped me with my concern making sure I left with my smile again. Thank you so much for your help and they will be seeing me again.
