If i could give no stars i would! I wish I would have listened to the reviews. I had to file a grievance against them! They tried making me pay out of pocket for fees covered by my insurance and tried covering it up after I told them to rebill them. They BOTCHED my root canal & Refused to fix it, I ended up going somewhere to get it done. The little girl at the front desk with the braces is SO RUDE & doesn't explain anything clearly, these people have NO IDEA what they are doing lmao. Save your teeth & time & go ANYWHERE else! PLEASE

Unethical billing practices -- Consumer BEWARE On June 12, 2025, my mother-in-law paid for dental services in full and in cash at Western Dental, 3155 Indian School Road, Phoenix, AZ. She received the services, paid on the spot, and left. Weeks later, she received a bill in the mail for an increased amount even though she had already paid -- followed by threats that they would send the account to collections if she didn't "pay up" again. This is outrageous and unacceptable. I have the proof of payment in hand, and I am already taking the following steps: Filing a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Filing a complaint with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB). Reporting to the Arizona Attorney General's Office of Consumer Protection for investigation into their billing practices. Threatening to ruin someone's credit over a bill that has already been paid is not just sloppy business -- it's predatory. If you value your time, money, and credit score, avoid this place at all costs until they can prove they have fixed their internal billing and payment systems.

just got two teeth removed. 1 hour later at home I called the pharmacy to see if the antibiotics and pain meds are ready and they never got sent and western dental won't answer there phone. now I have to drive to the dentist in pain

Nothing is explained to you. You go in blind with all these phases your suppose to go through to get your teeth. It takes forever. The office staff tries to be helpful but they don't have a clue about anything. I've been trying to just get my immediate teeth for at least 3 mos. And I'm here again today trying to get them after going all through the holidays without teeth and still today they have an I T issue so I'm once again going to have to leave with no teeth. My dentist who is the only one who takes my insurance is only here on Fridays. Do yourself a favor and don't use these people. The dentist himself is awesome. But the rest is horrible!!!

I'm very patient , type to suffer in silence instead of complaining .I've had 4-5 appointment and I always have problems. Even tho I'm a patient here I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND . To many problems .

Office brident dental in Waco Dr Sam is the worst doctor I have ever worked with. It was one the worst experiences I ever had in all of my years working at a dental office. The doctor is so disrespectful with employees, patients and especially gets frustrated with Hispanic peoples. I witnessed an implant delivery where the doctor was frustrated because he couldn’t get it off he didn’t let the patient talk, he pushed the implant denture so hard that the patient’s head just bounced back and caused them pain. The doctor ignored that and continued to try turning it around and saying that it was her fault that she felt pain because didn’t want to get numb and also said that she said that the patient told him that I didn’t translate correctly but what the doctor didn’t know is that we talked outside of work. She never said that, it was a lie. A lot of really bad things have happened in my time working there and with the manager. I don’t even want to go there, she has preferences with employees and will make you feel like you’re nobody. Another employee put a hand on me in front of her and she didn’t do anything she just keep talking and laughing with her. I tried talking to HR but they did nothing about it. I really regret working there, they never appreciated me or my work experience and not even a sorry for everything they put me through. It’s a very toxic environment that affected me emotionally and mentally, the manager did not care at all when si expressed this on my last week she was real happy that I was leaving but I know that’s there a god that doesn’t like ugly.

Wrongful Treatment . I received a filling and crown where a molar had fallen out due to decay under a silver crown. I still have pain from malpractice it was never resolved . They would try to put the porcelain crown back on the huge filling. I was ignored in the office and had to stay in the hospital multiple times . I was stalked harassed and attacked . Denti-cal/ Medi-cal cannot cover the costs of damages.

Amazing care.. Great prices. Good location.. Clean environment..Everyone listens to you.. Appointments keep you from waiting forever.
