If I could give zero stars I would! They over book for one! I go to check in at 9am for my 930am appointment. There were probably around 10 people checking in. I guess there are other locations that have closed so everyone is flooding this location. No thanks! That right there is a red flag a lone. I have my daughter with me (why by the way is quiet and has her tablet) . They proceed to tell me that I need someone to watch her. I’ve never had an issue with her just sitting there being quiet watching her tablet! Any place that has an issue I have her with me, does not deserve my business. I could understand if she was being loud, but she was not! I told them to cancel my appointment and I will go elsewhere.

I definitely recommend this Western Dental. First off I came from the office on 59th Ave and Peoria Rd and was not informed they were closing. But I found this other Western Dental not to far from them. I went to the office and Marissa was super nice and was super helpful. She did alot of work making sure I could get in and get my crown implant fixed, she is the reason why I continued with Western Dental the staff/ doctors in the back is also super friendly. The other office was nothing like this. Thank you Western Dental at 35th Ave and Thunderbird Rd for the easy transition to your office.

Place is a joke, called and asked when making an apt if my insurance was accepted. They said yes so waited in pain for my appointment. Day of I check in for my appointment and they said they do not accept my insurance. I told them the person i spoke to said it was and the lady told me “thats our call center they dont know what insurance we take” So they just make appointments for anyone and dont know anything about the company? Complete waste of time. Do not recommend.

Customer Service is pathetic. The first phone call was 30 minutes long and all I wanted to do was simply schedule an Invisalign checkup appointment since perfect teeth closed their doors permanently in Scottsdale and referred me to them. I was then cut off while on hold. I called back and spent another 20 minutes with that person trying to schedule something. Absolute joke!

Jackie was very kind and polite with a welcoming smile. Juan was courteous, patient, understanding, and gentle and used extra caution on sensitive areas over teeth and gum lines. The doctor was thorough and extra gentle with sensitive areas and explained every thing thoroughly and made sure I understood all before I left. The staff was genuinely helpful and amazing, especially for a dental office
