William R. Stevens's Online Review Report Card

Unpleasant visit. He didn't seem happy to see me. The whole visit with him specifically was less than 5 mins after a long wait time. I asked questions about the XRAY. He said, "see, they are even spaces and no structure issue, ok?" Very dismissive, I did not feel welcomed at all. **Make sure to put on the XRAY vest cuz the nurse didn't tell me to. The whole staff wasn't very friendly or happy to see me. The receptionist was the only friendly and nice one. Be sure to ask as many question as you can. He didn't tell me why I'm having pain in my neck or back or what could've it be? It's disappointing, the whole reason we go there is to get answers.

Seemed very unhappy I was in his office or he hated his job. Sure does not make me feel good about getting help for a very painful issue.I did not feel welcomed at all.

I have never experienced such unprofessional service from a medical practice. It took me 3 1/2 months to get in to see Dr. Stevens. My appointment was at 3:15pm. I arrived at the office at 3:04. Upon arriving at the reception desk I was greeted with a rather rude and unapproachable young lady named Alyssa. She had attitude the second I walked in. Her first response to me was “You were supposed to be here 30 mins prior to your appointment, Dr Stevens probably won’t see you now because you are not on time.” Confused, I look at my watch and notice I am still 9 minutes to my appointment time of 3:15. I explained I hit some traffic on camelback and I am still early to my actual appointment time. Mind you, there is a waiting room FULL of patients. I sit down and start on my paperwork and another woman walks in shortly after and starts filling out her paperwork. I know for a fact she was not there 30 mins before her appointment as I got to the office at 3:04 and already started filling out pa

It was a Godsend to see and meet with Dr. Stevens. I have been in excruciating pain for far too long now. He was confident he can help me, others were telling me no help for me. I can finally see light at the end of this very long tunnel! I can’t wait to say goodbye to my pinched nerve and pain.

Very personable. Answered all my questions. Did not try and rush me out the door.. Very thorough exam. Short waiting time. A very good visit. My care was his #1 priority.

Best Back surgeon in the business. Excellent leaders surround themselves with good people. Dr Stevens staff is the best I have ever had the privilege to work with. He truly sets the standard for high quality treatment. I have since moved out of town and when I needed help with a new back issue, I did not think twice about the three hour drive to visit Dr Stevens and his staff.

Long wait but worth it in being able to talk directly with Dr Stevens about my back issue. He took the time with me to explain my options.

Dr. Stevens, Amy (P A) and his office staff are fabulous. The care I received couldn't have been better. If you or a loved one is considering having back surgery, I fully recommend that you put that surgery in the hands of Dr. Stevens. He has the experience and knowledge to give you the best chance at a positive outcome. And by the way, Dr. Stevens has a great sense of humor and a lot of good advice on how to protect yourself against having to have an additional surgery in the future.
